A warm welcome to new members of our successful team

We have a number of new starters at UPL and we would like to welcome them to the team:

We are strengthening the Pack Tech Dept with the recruitment of Alex Tate who joined the team on Monday 2nd July.

Alex has a wealth of industry experience having previously worked in the packaging departments of Body Shop, Boots, Tesco and Unilever and she is a very welcome addition to the UPL team.

We are also pleased to announce the full time appointment of Kirsty Wolstenholme to the Customer Services team. Kirsty’s appointment will strengthen and enhance the service and support that we give to our Customers and we all wish her well in her new role.

Alongside our new starters we also have some established and valued employees who are now retiring:

Barry Thornber has recently retired from the manufacturing department after nearly 21 years with UPL. However he will still continue with the voluntary work he has done for the HM coast guard for the past 36 years.

We would like to thank him for his hard work and wish him well for the future.
