All of our individually designed contract filling suites offer facilities to fill a wide range of packaging types in sizes from 5ml to 5lt. We can fill bottles, tubes and jars in either glass or plastic materials, and pack them into cases or shrink- wrapped packs that are either trayed or trayless as required.

Our wide range of specialist contract filling machines can offer:

  • single and multi head volumetric filling
  • handle warm or hot fill products
  • fill products from ambient temperatures up to 80°c.

In addition we have:

  • capping machines for fitting conventional screw caps, ROPP’s, pumps and push-on caps
  • labelling facilities with the option to apply self adhesive labels in multiple combinations from the single or twin sides of containers, to partial or full wrap, as well as the top and/or bottom of containers
  • numerous coding and cartoning machines

All products are manufactured and filled in an environment working to the highest standards of cGMP and UPL undertakes online quality control to ensure consistency and conformity to the most exacting standards across all the products manufactured and filled by UPL.
