UPL has its own purpose built manufacturing facilities specifically designed for the contract manufacture of an extremely wide range of liquid pharmaceutical products.

Our individually designed manufacturing suites avoid the risk of cross contamination during the contract manufacturing process. Our manufacturing vessels and delivery pipes are all 316L stainless steel and are positioned on load cells for accurate batch production. UPL can offer batch sizes ranging from 200lt to 7,500lt.

UPL also has bulk storage vessels and can accept road tanker deliveries of either raw materials or customer made product.

This substantial range of advanced equipment allows us to contract manufacture products such as syrups, liquids, suspensions, gels, viscous creams, ointments, lotions, and other specialist pharmaceutical products.

UPL hold a Home Office Licence for Controlled Drugs and UPL is also approved as a Duty Free Warehouse by HM Customs and Excise for the use of fermented and denatured alcohol.
