As we reach the end of another year we would like to say thank you to all of our customers and suppliers for their continued support in 2011 and also thank you to all UPL staff for their hard work and commitment throughout the year.

A Merry Christmas to you all and a happy and healthy 2012.
Mike Peters believes strongly in giving support to local charities so he was happy for UPL to sponsor a team in the Barcelona Banger Rally when he heard that they were raising funds for Donna’s Dream House Charity in Blackpool.*
The Barcelona Banger rally is not a race, but a fun experience of driving through Europe from Calais to Barcelona with a great bunch of people in a car that will hopefully make it! All the cars that take part have to be ‘bangers of distinction’ as they all have to cost less than £200! The UPL team car was a T reg Toyota Avensis and we are delighted that they successfully raised a lot of money for the charity. The 2011 event took place over 3 days from May 20th – 22nd.
* The Donna’s Dream House Charity in Blackpool is a locally based trust providing free holiday experiences for children and teenagers with life-threatening illnesses and their families, and for recently bereaved siblings and their families. www.donnasdreamhouse.co.uk
